Team Coach:
Responsible for planning and conducting team practices and for planning and coordinating the team lineup during games. The coach is responsible for teaching the players team positions, basic skills, and strategies.  The coach is the primary role model for the players, and as such, must maintain a positive attitude for all practices and games.  The head coach must have a 1 year experience in coaching and be certified in the state of Florida.

Assistant Coach:
Responsible to help the head coach with the practice or when the coach is not available.  The assistant will help in organizing players in positions, warm ups, and help with the basic skills of the sport.

Team Parent (Mom-Dad):
Responsible for taking off the organizational pressure off the coach and his staff.  The team parent is the primary communicator between the coach and parents and should oversee the people responsible for telephoning, carpooling, uniforms, refreshments, parties, thank you gifts, and anything else that pertain to your specific team.

Field Manager:
Coordinates field set up and take down; makes sure all nets, field, markings, corner flags, and goal posts are at the field well ahead of time on the assigned set-up days, and check for all equipment to be returned in good condition.

Referee/ Officials:
The refereeing crew is essential to the playing of the game. The referees have complete authority over all participants and are the only other individuals besides the players who can have the fun of being on the field during the game. They will have the final decision in a game.  Referees should come 30 minutes before their scheduled game and if need, help with the set up and take down of the field.
